Creativity and Engagement Matters

When it comes to designing and developing content, taking creative approaches and engaging learners matters! Learner interaction and engagement are considered critical components to enable learning. Integrating traditional and current theories with understanding of the business requirements and learner demographics enables the crafting of storyboards that can motivate learners.

This may include questioning, assessments, storytelling, and other interesting and challenging approaches such as gamification and simulations. Using a range of industry leading eLearning authoring tools, storyboards come to life. In other cases, instructor-led training is appropriate, and the proper guides and presentations are prepared. 

Whatever the appropriate solution to fit the need, ensuring the right balance of content with interaction is needed.
